IDR is seeking a Webex Support Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role is ideal for candidates with basic to mid-level knowledge of Webex, focusing on support, configuration, and administration in a healthcare environment. The company specializes in unified communications solutions and provides dynamic support for telecommunication systems in a healthcare setting.

Position Overview for the Webex Support Engineer:

• Manage and configure auto attendants within Webex to ensure seamless call routing and user management
• Support Webex environments through troubleshooting and operational assistance
• Configure and administer Webex policies according to organizational needs
• Provide Level 2 support for Webex-related issues and user requests
• Collaborate with teams to improve system performance and implement best practices

Requirements for the Webex Support Engineer:

• Basic to mid-level experience supporting Webex environments
• Hands-on experience with configuring Webex auto attendants and call routing
• Familiarity with Webex policy management and configuration
• Strong troubleshooting and support skills within Webex or similar platforms
• Ability to work onsite in Knoxville on a hybrid schedule or onsite
