IDR is seeking a Webex Support Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role is ideal for candidates with basic to mid-level knowledge of Webex, focusing on support, configuration, and administration in a healthcare environment. The company specializes in unified communications solutions and provides dynamic support for telecommunication systems in a healthcare setting.
Position Overview for the Webex Support Engineer:
- Manage and configure auto attendants within Webex to ensure seamless call routing and user management
- Support Webex environments through troubleshooting and operational assistance
- Configure and administer Webex policies according to organizational needs
- Provide Level 2 support for Webex-related issues and user requests
- Collaborate with teams to improve system performance and implement best practices
Requirements for the Webex Support Engineer:
- Basic to mid-level experience supporting Webex environments
- Hands-on experience with configuring Webex auto attendants and call routing
- Familiarity with Webex policy management and configuration
- Strong troubleshooting and support skills within Webex or similar platforms
- Ability to work onsite in Knoxville on a hybrid schedule or onsite
