Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Test Analyst 2:

• Serve as a technical lead and point of contact for the product team and merchants, supporting new product launches and integrations.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert during new certifications, ensuring compliance and guiding the team through validation processes.

• Design and execute tailored POS test plans, including test scripts and scenarios, to ensure compliance with major card brand standards.

• Collaborate with external developers to troubleshoot and resolve variances throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Identify and analyze potential technical or operational issues and recommend proactive solutions to prevent future disruptions.

Required Skills for Test Analyst 2:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Administration, or a related field, with 2–4 years of relevant experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and implement effective solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical details and managing internal and external expectations.

• Experience with Tandem and Base-24 systems, along with knowledge of credit card and Interac regulations.

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and ensuring quality outcomes.
