IDR is seeking a Technical Proposal Writer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Plano, Texas. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in technical writing, proposal development, or related fields within the IT industry. The position offers a chance to contribute to high-quality proposal documentation in a collaborative environment, with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
Position Overview for the Technical Proposal Writer:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of proposal and technical writing for various projects.
- Transform customer requirements and technical inputs into clear, professional documents.
- Ensure all proposals meet quality standards, internal deadlines, and compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, and Technical SMEs.
- Support the development of Statements of Work and other contractual deliverables.
Requirements for the Technical Proposal Writer:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Word and Excel.
- Experience supporting or creating Statements of Work in a professional services or IT environment.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple document requests and deadlines simultaneously.
