Oversee release readiness activities, including development status, defect resolution, regression testing, accessibility validation, content quality checks, deployment coordination, and post-release support.
Facilitate recurring project meetings, technical working sessions, status reviews, demonstrations, and decision-making discussions with Government stakeholders and partner contractors.
Identify schedule, scope, quality, security, accessibility, infrastructure, and dependency risks; develop mitigation plans and escalate issues with clear recommendations.
Coordinate with Federal client IT, hosting/cloud vendors, operations teams, and other contractors to resolve technical issues related to connectivity, environments, patching, monitoring, backups, CDN, search, and system availability.
Prepare concise status reports covering accomplishments, planned work, risks, issues, deliverables, blockers, release status, and resource needs.
Support quality management and continuous improvement by standardizing workflows, SOPs, templates, metrics, lessons learned, and team operating practices.
Minimum Qualifications
