IDR is seeking a Sr Epic Implementation Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role involves leading a critical Epic application build initiative for a new facility, working closely with clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The position ensures successful project coordination, planning, and execution in a healthcare IT environment.
Position Overview for the Sr Epic Implementation Project Manager:
- Lead project management activities for an Epic application build supporting a new facility.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and issue logs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical, operational, technical, and Epic application stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
- Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive accountability across project teams.
- Partner with Epic analysts and clinical stakeholders to support application build activities.
Requirements for the Sr Epic Implementation Project Manager:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience leading healthcare IT initiatives.
- Proven experience managing Epic application build projects.
- Hands-on experience with Epic Flowsheets and Clinical Documentation.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
