IDR is seeking a Specialist - Contingent Workforce Program to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role supports the operational and administrative functions of the organization's contingent workforce program, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, and vendor communication. It provides an excellent chance to contribute to a vital workforce management process within a dynamic organization.
Position Overview for the Specialist - Contingent Workforce Program:
- Provide operational and administrative support to ensure effective execution of contingent workforce processes.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding activities, and contract extensions between vendors, candidates, and leaders.
- Serve as the first point of contact for routine inquiries and support communication across stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance, manage Workday transactions, and support reporting and audit activities.
- Assist with workflow improvements and maintain organized program documentation.
Requirements for the Specialist - Contingent Workforce Program:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, or related administrative operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established procedures and maintain accuracy in high-volume work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday or Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
