IDR is seeking a Senior Network Data Center Architect to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Georgia. This role involves leading the design and implementation of scalable network and data center solutions within a dynamic enterprise environment.
Position Overview for the Senior Network Data Center Architect:
- Lead the design, evaluation, and deployment of enterprise network and data center systems.
- Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices.
- Create detailed high- and low-level network diagrams to communicate architecture.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and lead strategic upgrades and migrations.
- Collaborate with sales and solution teams as a technical SME and support project documentation.
Requirements for the Senior Network Data Center Architect:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise or carrier network environments.
- Proven expertise in Cisco datacenter technologies, with experience in Arista and Juniper as a plus.
- Strong knowledge of OSI model, routing/switching, IPv4, network security, and subnetting.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS-XE and NX-OS, including VPC, VSS, VRF, BGP, and OSPF.
- Experience with Nexus Dashboard, VxLAN, EVPN design and troubleshooting.
