Responsibilities:
Provide support for and implement vended clinical applications across the Mayo Clinic Enterprise.
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of IAM policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Administer and support IAM technologies and tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and PAM solutions to manage secure access across the enterprise.
Identify, assess, and mitigate IAM-related risks, implement key risk indicators (KRIs), and produce regular reports on IAM trends and risk posture for leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce data governance and access control mechanisms, including the implementation of role-based access control (RBAC) and continuous monitoring through GRC and IAM reporting platforms.
REQUIREMENTS:
4+ years of IAM technologies ( Active Directory, SSO, MFA, PAM tools)
Strong experience with NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, SOC 2

Compensation Details: $87.50/hr
