IDR is seeking a Project Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role supports IT initiatives by coordinating tasks and activities, ensuring smooth execution of testing and project milestones within an Agile environment. The position focuses on scheduling, tracking, and stakeholder communication to facilitate successful project delivery.
Position Overview for the Project Coordinator:
- Support IT projects through day-to-day task coordination and activity tracking.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder sign-off.
- Partner with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate meetings, testing cycles, and working sessions to stay aligned on project goals.
- Help ensure testing activities are documented properly and deadlines are met within Agile workflows.
Requirements for the Project Coordinator:
- 2+ years of experience supporting IT projects with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, including tracking testing activities and assisting with stakeholder sign-off.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating meetings, working sessions, or testing cycles.
- Ability to partner with vendors/consultants (e.g., Deloitte) and internal IT teams to drive project milestones.
- Hands-on experience with project or work tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, etc.) is a plus.
