IDR is seeking a Production Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Los Angeles, California. This role supports the creative production process for a popular game development project, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality art assets from concept to completion.
Position Overview for the Production Coordinator:
- Assist in managing workflows, deadlines, and priorities to ensure timely delivery of art assets
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to facilitate communication and support
- Use project management tools like Airtable, Miro, and Notion to track progress, create schedules, and maintain organization
- Conduct quality assurance on deliverables to ensure technical specifications and IP considerations are met
- Provide stakeholders with regular updates on project status and resolve potential scheduling issues
Requirements for the Production Coordinator:
- 1-3+ years of experience in project management or team administrative logistics
- Strong ability to multitask, be proactive and detail oriented
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to break down complex production info into clear, actionable updates
- Demonstrated ability to proactively surface risks and drive alignment among the team
- Experience with common project management tools and art production software (Airtable, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite)
