IDR is seeking a Product Owner to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role involves driving product vision, strategy, and execution within an innovative environment focused on delivering value to business stakeholders and end-users. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and business analysis skills critical for managing agile product development cycles.
Position Overview for the Product Owner:
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with team goals and overall strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine priorities accordingly.
- Partner with Scrum Master and development teams to plan sprints, objectives, and scope.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, customers, and technical teams.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product roadmaps and process flows.
Requirements for the Product Owner:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar or related role (product owner skillset)
- Jira & Confluence experience
- Backlog management & prioritization experience
- Agile product delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong communication skills
