IDR is seeking a Process Miner to join one of our top clients remotely. This role is within a consulting environment focused on process analysis and optimization for enterprise clients. The position offers the chance to work on complex process improvement projects remotely, with occasional travel to client sites.
Position Overview for the Process Miner:
- Analyze and map end-to-end business processes using process mining tools such as Celonis and SAP Signavio
- Build event logs, data models, and dashboards to identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Extract and transform ERP or transactional data using SQL for detailed analysis
- Integrate data from enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce into process mining platforms
- Present insights, recommendations, and process optimization opportunities to business stakeholders
Requirements for the Process Miner:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with process mining tools, including Celonis and/or SAP Signavio
- Proven experience building event logs, data models, and dashboards to analyze end-to-end business processes
- Strong background in SQL and data transformation for extracting and preparing ERP or transactional data
- Experience integrating data from enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar) into mining platforms
- Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities
