IDR is seeking a Pricing & Contract Specialist to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role supports vital contract management and pricing functions within a healthcare-related organization, focusing on system upgrades, membership support, and operational reporting to enhance business performance.
Position Overview for the Pricing & Contract Specialist:
- Assist with new account setup, customer ID maintenance, and basic membership updates.
- Support contract management activities such as pricing uploads, renewals, and scheduled maintenance in SAP.
- Track and report on contract requests, pricing, and operational metrics to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system testing and documentation updates.
- Manage high-volume requests, pulling customer spend reports and maintaining request trackers.
Requirements for the Pricing & Contract Specialist:
- Strong experience with Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP; contract lifecycle management experience preferred.
- Ability to navigate and perform regression testing during system upgrades.
- Proven ability to work independently, plan, and organize multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with management and team members.
