IDR is seeking a PMO Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA. This role supports large enterprise projects within a government-related environment, focusing on project coordination, status reporting, and process adherence. Position Overview for the PMO Analyst:
- Support the execution of project management and PMO processes across multiple initiatives within a large organization.
- Create, maintain, and track detailed Microsoft Project work plans, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Perform status reporting across project teams, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
- Generate detailed and summary reports based on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Requirements for the PMO Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4+ years of experience supporting projects in large organizations with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project, Visio).
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
