Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Payroll Tax Coordinator:
- Researching and setting up state/local/School District taxes through ADP as well as through the state/locality for each store and team member
- Verifying all tax filings and ensuring proper reporting is up to date through the state/locality
- Updating team members' changes to their tax panel daily (address changes, transfers, new hires)
- Reaching out to team members to get the correct worked in lived in information when needed or if a Company Code transfer is needed
- Entering in Tax Form information for team members and ensuring that they have the proper information and understanding
Required Skills for Payroll Tax Coordinator:
- Experience replying to tax notices and responding to team member tax inquiries
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work on projects independently
- At-home office setup to work 100% remotely from a quiet space with Wi-Fi internet
- Knowledge with Federal, State, and Local tax setups and regulations
- Experience working with ADP is a plus
