Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Paralegal V:
- Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in the Business and Legal Affairs Department
- Efficiently track department workflow, ensuring documents are sent, received, and filed in a timely manner
- Assist in the preparation of standard form agreements and other legal documents
- Draft and send letters, documents, and other routine correspondence as requested
- Conduct agreement searches and prepare analyses for attorneys' review
- This is a 3-month contract with potential for extension
Required Skills for Paralegal V:
- Minimum of four years of experience as a legal assistant and/or paralegal
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a law firm or related area is preferred but not required
- Exprience with corporate in-house paralegal is preferred
