IDR is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Los Angeles, California. This role involves optimizing and building out paid search campaigns within a dynamic gaming and entertainment environment, focusing on data-driven strategy and global account management without specifying compensation details.

Position Overview for the Paid Search Specialist:

• Manage and optimize existing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and TikTok.
• Conduct keyword research, offer recommendations, and implement ad copy updates to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor budget pacing across various games and countries to ensure efficient spend.
• Develop and execute tests to refine campaigns and analyze ongoing performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that target conversion goals and enhance user engagement.

Requirements for the Paid Search Specialist:

• 2-5 years of experience actively managing Google Ads Search campaigns.
• Familiarity with Search Ads 360 (SA360).
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Firsthand knowledge of the gaming space, preferably as a player or former player of at least one Riot game.
• Any experience in TikTok search is a plus, but not required due to platform freshness.
