Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead

IDR is seeking a Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lawrenceville, GA. This role involves leading functional aspects of Oracle Fusion Finance implementations, focusing on configuration, testing, security, and system performance. The organization operates within the public safety sector, emphasizing innovative and reliable financial software solutions.

Position Overview for the Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance projects, working closely with business SMEs to optimize application use.
• Manage configurations, custom fields, fast formulas, and security roles to ensure system efficiency and security.
• Coordinate quarterly releases and patches, overseeing testing and impact analysis.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across integrations and systems to ensure continuous system reliability.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement best practices and maintain system performance.

Requirements for the Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of overall ERP implementation/administration experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Finance Functional lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Well-versed with configurations, custom fields, and fast formulas used in Oracle Fusion Cloud, with a strong understanding of integration with other Fusion applications and third-party systems.
• Experience in leading full projects involving Requirements, Design, Testing, and Roll-out.
