IDR is seeking a Onboarding Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lehi, Utah. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual passionate about creating a positive onboarding experience for new hires within a dynamic human resources environment. Position Overview for the Onboarding Coordinator:
- Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for a steady volume of candidates across multiple roles, start dates, and regions
- Oversee background checks, drug screens, and ensure data accuracy and compliance throughout the onboarding process
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to create a seamless onboarding journey
- Troubleshoot system issues and support onboarding within SuccessFactors
- Support process improvements and help ensure timely, compliant new-hire experiences
Requirements for the Onboarding Coordinator:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR handling onboarding support
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS/ATS
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions
