IDR is seeking a NICE CXone Support Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role is ideal for professionals with basic to mid-level knowledge of NICE CXone, focusing on support, configuration, and administration within a healthcare environment. The position involves managing auto attendants and providing Level 2 support for NICE CXone configuration and policy management.
Position Overview for the NICE CXone Support Engineer:
- Manage and configure auto attendants in NICE CXone.
- Provide Level 2 support for NICE CXone environment issues.
- Perform configuration management and policy administration tasks.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of environment issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth system operations.
Requirements for the NICE CXone Support Engineer:
- Basic to mid-level knowledge of NICE CXone.
- Experience supporting NICE CXone environments and troubleshooting Level 2 issues.
- Familiarity with configuration management and policy administration within NICE CXone.
- Ability to work onsite in Knoxville, Tennessee, or in a hybrid schedule.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
