MicroStrategy Developer – Stamford, CT (Hybrid Onsite)The Select Group's client seeking a MicroStrategy Developer to support a growing team with the development and optimization of BI solutions. This person will be supporting data platform initiatives, with a focus on Redshift, SQL, and OLAP development. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work cross-functionally are key.

Experience with fact and dimension data modeling (Star schema/StarSQL)

Experience in cable/telecom industries

Familiarity with outage management, network topology, or hybrid fiber coax networks
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop and fine-tune IT solutions (coding, testing, debugging, designing, implementing tools)

Research and plan solutions for existing business problems

Build online analytical processing (OLAP) solutions and manage relational/multidimensional databases

Provide leadership within IT or cross-functional teams

Analyze and present data in accessible ways; create tables, reports, and explain findings in clear terms
