IDR is seeking a MercuryGate Consultant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in New York, NY.This role is focused on supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of transportation management solutions within the logistics and transportation industry. The consultant will work on configuring and integrating MercuryGate TMS while collaborating with various technical and business teams to enhance transportation processes.
Position Overview for the MercuryGate Consultant:
- Support design and configuration of MercuryGate TMS modules such as Carrier Management, Load Planning, and Rate Management.
- Assist in integrating MercuryGate with ERP, WMS, EDI, and API-based systems.
- Support full lifecycle implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Develop user documentation and deliver training sessions.
Requirements for the MercuryGate Consultant:
- MercuryGate TMS implementation and configuration
- Strong knowledge of transportation and supply chain management processes
- Experience with ERP, WMS, EDI, and API integrations
- Skills in SQL, requirements gathering, testing, and troubleshooting production issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
