IDR is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join an opportunity in El Segundo, California. This role supports the Gynecology Marketing Team in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential administrative and marketing support to enhance campaign execution and internal communications.
Position Overview for the Marketing Assistant:
- Assist with coordinating internal and external communications, managing vendor and customer correspondence.
- Support event logistics for major medical conferences, including planning, vendor communication, and on-site support.
- Maintain and update digital platforms and marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate on product launch activities, including preparing documentation, assisting with sales data analysis, and managing collateral development.
- Provide administrative support to ensure seamless team operations, including managing inquiries, handling logistics, and supporting new hire onboarding.
Requirements for the Marketing Assistant:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an assistant, preferably in a sales or marketing environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Some social media and event management experience is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work assertively with team members and external partners
