Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Lifecycle Marketing Manager: • Lead and execute customer engagement initiatives with a focus on loyalty program growth and retention. • Develop and optimize email campaigns, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud for journey building and dynamic content. • Independently manage data extraction and manipulation from Salesforce, ensuring high-quality assurance of your work. • Conduct a virtual case presentation during the interview process, showcasing your ability to activate lapsed guests and draft journey build requirements. • Collaborate with our client's team to enhance SMS and in-app push campaigns.

Required Skills for Lifecycle Marketing Manager: • 4-10 years of hands-on technical experience in lifecycle/CRM marketing roles. • Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey building and data segmentation. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights. • Experience managing loyalty-driven campaigns with measurable retention impact. • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
