Journey Builder: Our client is a worldwide leader in technology and mobile devices. We are looking for someone to join their Growth Marketing Ops Team to build journeys within a CRM tool. This person will be the liaison for the Growth Marketing Organization, working with Product, Product Design, and Analytics to design the journey. This will include mapping it out at a conceptual level, understanding the user experience, understanding the series of communication and cadence, as well as the journey. They will be doing creative experimentation or audience-based experimentation and putting together flow charts and plans. The Journey Builder will be responsible for implementing and executing the strategy. The right candidate will be able to take something that is abstract and translate it into something technical. The Journey Builder will be responsible for understanding the overall objective and goals and will have the technical fluency to build it out in a way that it can be executed. This will be an execution role. They will work with the strategy team and be the liaison for the Growth Marketing organization for all aspects - product, product design, analytics.
Journey Builder Responsibilities: - 25% - working with cross-functional teams
- 25% - reporting, post analysis
- 50% - journey building
Journey Builder Requirements: - 3-5 years of hands-on experience working within CRM platforms
- Direct experience building Journeys (ideally 4+ years of hands-on building experience)
- Experience with digital campaigns and a strong understanding of the journey building process (the ability to discuss various types of journey logic
- Experience with any of the following campaign types (user takes an action - which initiatives a series of multi-channel communications)
- Email
- In-app messaging
- Push notifications
- Mobile marketing (preferred)
- Basic understand of SQL
- understand how SQL works and how it can be applied within a journey build.
- If/And/Or within logic statements
- Basic Project Management skills (the ability to handle multiple projects in different phases at any given time)
- Experience working with technical cross-functional teams (they will be working the Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams to ensure that new features are being used the right way, as well as understanding when testing and validation needs to be done.)
- Documentation skills (putting together documentation on the journey process)
- Experience with any of the following marketing tools for campaign management
- Salesforce ExactTarget
- Oracle Responsys
- Braze
- Pipedrive
- HubSpot
- Marketo
