IDR is seeking a IT Support Technician II to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Englewood, Colorado. This role involves providing high-energy, customer-focused desktop support within a walk-up IT Café environment at a highly regulated government or DoD site, ensuring end-user satisfaction through effective technical solutions.
Position Overview for the IT Support Technician II:
- Provide onsite desktop support and troubleshooting for end users at a government agency location
- Interact with users in a walk-up IT Café setting, delivering excellent customer service
- Own user issues from initial contact to resolution, ensuring timely and effective support
- Collaborate with help desk teams to resolve Tier 1–2 technical problems
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and maintain a customer care philosophy
Requirements for the IT Support Technician II:
- Customer/solution ownership, an overall drive for excellence
- Team focused with the capacity for knowledge sharing
- Written and verbal communication skills with end users
- Demonstrate a customer care philosophy that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of current IT technical standards related to computers, printers, network technology, drivers, software troubleshooting, and peripherals

Compensation Details: $31.72/hr W2
