IDR is seeking a IT Asset Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lindon, UT. This position involves managing and maintaining inventory of IT equipment and peripherals, supporting asset deployment, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping within a dynamic IT environment.
Position Overview for the IT Asset Coordinator:
- Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment and peripherals in the stockroom
- Ensure accurate tracking, storage, and distribution of IT assets across the organization
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming IT assets including laptops, monitors, and peripherals
- Support audits and reconcile physical inventory with asset records
- Coordinate with IT staff to fulfill asset requests and facilitate asset lifecycle management
Requirements for the IT Asset Coordinator:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT asset management, stockroom operations, or related fields
- Familiarity with IT hardware such as laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, and accessories
- Proficiency with inventory tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Excel, or asset management systems)
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
