IDR is seeking a Hyperscale Project Manager to join one of our top clients for a Memphis, Tennessee opportunity. This role is within the data center industry, focusing on managing large-scale, complex infrastructure projects. The company is a leader in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions and infrastructure development.

This is a short-term contract engagement with the potential for extension contingent on project requirements and performance.

Position Overview for the Hyperscale Project Manager:

• Manage and oversee hyperscale data center projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project standards
• Coordinate project controls, schedule monitoring, and reporting to senior management
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
• Work closely with technical teams on cabling, fiber trunks, GPU, and AEC cabling projects
• Support project planning and execution in a fast-paced, high-tech environment

Requirements for the Hyperscale Project Manager:

• Proven experience managing data center or large-scale cabling projects, including fiber and GPU cabling
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and risk mitigation techniques
• Ability to work onsite daily in Memphis, Tennessee, and adapt to shift schedules
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work Overtime hours if needed and manage high-pressure project deadlines
