Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Helpdesk Technician:

Provide exceptional technical support in a fully onsite capacity, working five days a week, including two evening shifts. Engage with clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with our client's team to maintain seamless operations and support the closing shift. Participate in a structured interview process, including STAR method and troubleshooting assessments. Obtain CompTIA A+ certification within the first three months, with opportunities for further certifications after six months.

Required Skills for Helpdesk Technician:

Demonstrated experience in a technical support or helpdesk role. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in IT. Educational background or certifications in IT are highly valued.
