Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Help Desk Analyst:
Provide prompt and effective resolution to end user calls and work orders. Engage in continuous communication with the department and end users to ensure clarity and satisfaction. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, utilizing all available resources. Communicate complex technical solutions in an understandable manner to users with varying levels of technical expertise. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure round-the-clock support.
Required Skills for Help Desk Analyst:
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and end users. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with multi-user telephone systems.
