Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Healthcare Staffing Coordinator:

- Coordinating daily and long-term staffing and scheduling needs
- Ensuring efficient resource allocation and resolving staffing challenges promptly
- Maintaining timekeeping records and managing databases
- Coordinating and scheduling patient appointments within the electronic health record (EHR) system
- Ensuring compliance with department policies and regulatory standards

Required Skills for Healthcare Staffing Coordinator:

- 1+ year in a Unit Secretary or similar role, with exposure to staffing and timekeeping practices
- Strong analytical skills for managing staffing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Epic, and related systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret various data formats (written, oral, diagram, schedule)
