Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant II :
- Day-to-day management of the executive's schedule, anticipating critical events and needs in a fast-paced environment
- Reading and routing correspondence, drafting responses, and assisting with email management as needed
- Planning and coordinating internal and external meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and corporate events
- Handling extensive travel bookings, including cars, flights, hotels, and trains
- Establishing and maintaining administrative procedures, working under pressure and prioritizing tasks effectively
Required Skills for Executive Assistant II :
- Minimum of 3 years of executive assistance experience, preferably supporting C-suite executives
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and identify solutions
- Strong proficiency in Outlook and other Microsoft Office Products
- Advanced knowledge of travel logistics and itinerary planning
- Experience in the music or entertainment industry is highly preferred
