IDR is seeking an Executive Assistant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Santa Monica, CA. This role involves providing high-level administrative support to a CFO and team within a dynamic industry, often requiring quick thinking and excellent organizational skills. The position is ideal for candidates with solid experience supporting senior leaders, particularly within the music or entertainment sectors.
Position Overview for the Executive Assistant:
- Support a CFO and executive team with daily administrative and scheduling tasks
- Manage correspondence, calendar coordination, and meeting arrangements
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Facilitate communication across departments and external contacts
Requirements for the Executive Assistant:
- Minimum of 5 years of executive assistant experience
- Prior experience supporting senior leaders, preferably at the C-level
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
- Background in music, entertainment, or media is strongly preferred
