Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to an executive
- Manage executive's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and organization
- Assist in event planning for a smaller team
- Handle expense reports using Concur or similar software
- This is a 4-month contract role, covering a maternity leave
Required Skills for Executive Assistant:
- 1-3 years of administrative assistant or office management experience, including executive calendar management and executive support
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Concur or a similar software for calendar management and expenses
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach

Compensation details: $23/hr W2
