Position Title: Epic Technical Specialist - REMOTEThe Select Group is looking for a talented Epic Technical Specialist to join one of our top healthcare partners. This person will build out the printers and workstations for the end client. The team is focused on a migration and need an additional resource to help with the build of these printers/workstations.
Must-Have Skills
- 3-5 years of experience working with enterprise printing applications
- Troy- Epic application used for printing prescriptions
- VPSX
- LRS
- Experience building printers and workstations within Epic
- Detail oriented for data entry
Education & Certifications: High school diploma
Daily Responsibilities:
This resource will be responsible for managing, coordinating and providing direction for all Epic technical related areas. The majority of their day will be supporting Epic infrastructure to include advanced configuration and management. They will be managing Epic printers and workstations dictionary and support all new deployments. Additionally, they will be expected to attend regular departmental and Towne Hall meetings, and promote/exemplify excellent customer service.
