Responsibilities for the e-Commerce Business Analyst:We are seeking an experienced
E-Commerce Business Analyst to support the implementation and enhancement of SAP Commerce B2B and B2C portals. This role will act as the principal liaison between IT, Digital, and Marketing teams to gather and translate business needs into scalable eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce platforms, business analysis, and user experience design, along with a keen ability to communicate complex technical requirements in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills for the e-Commerce Business Analyst:- 10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on gathering requirements, system configuration, and customization.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst supporting e-Commerce platforms such as Hybris, Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce, or Adobe Commerce.
- Proven track record in end-to-end business analysis, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration within digital commerce environments.
- Experience supporting both B2B and B2C commerce models.
