IDR is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is within a customer-focused industry dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to clients. Position Overview for the Customer Service Representative II:
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
- Handle and resolve complaints related to service or billing issues
- Record details of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Refer unresolved grievances to appropriate departments for further investigation
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound, outbound, or a combination of channels
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative II:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2-4 years of customer service related experience required
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
