IDR is seeking a Creative Production Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role focuses on managing video production timelines and coordinating across creative and content teams to ensure project delivery. The company operates within the marketing, advertising, and content creation industries, emphasizing creative project management and production oversight.
Position Overview for the Creative Production Manager:
- Oversee and manage video production timelines, scheduling, and vendor coordination for diverse creative projects.
- Develop and track project workflows, ensuring timely execution across print, digital, and video mediums.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, marketing, legal, and finance teams to optimize process efficiency.
- Support creative teams by translating creative concepts into actionable production plans while managing resources.
- Utilize project management and workload systems to coordinate multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements for the Creative Production Manager:
- Thorough knowledge of video, printing, and graphic design industry, including production processes.
- Experienced in managing high volume of work with tight deadlines and budgets.
- Creative project management/creative work experience required.
- Experience supporting creative teams (either agency or in-house).
- Knowledge of video production workflows, timelines, and coordination (less about actual video work).
