IDR is seeking a Creative Coordinator to join one of our top clients in Santa Monica, CA. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Creative Coordinator:
- Provides support in maintaining and assigning the Creative Team's workload and schedules
- Coordinates and onboards freelancer set-ups and invoicing with accounting and legal
- Prepares tech packs and design files for print and production across our client's extensive roster in Tour, Retail, and eComm
- Collaborates with Creative Leads on project prep tasks such as researching artists, pulling product templates, and sourcing products
- This is a 1-year contract with potential for extension or conversion
Required Skills for Creative Coordinator:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in an office environment
- Strong proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Apple products, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management systems
- Experience with various forms of print and pre-production process, including screen printing four-color and digital
- Exceptional written, listening, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, time management skills, and systems thinking
