OverviewOur client's Customer Education team is a small but growing group currently building out its learning ecosystem. While the organization already has foundational elements in place—including an LMS, eLearning modules, and learning platforms—they are expanding significantly.
This role will help revamp the eLearning platform, build certification programs, and develop online workshops to support customer training and adoption. The Content Developer will translate training strategies into engaging learning experiences such as eLearning modules, video tutorials, simulations, and live training materials.
This is a highly collaborative and customer-facing role that works closely with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and cross-functional teams.
Must-Have SkillsStrong instructional design experience with knowledge of eLearning development tools
Hands-on experience with:
Articulate Rise
Articulate Storyline (Required)
Adobe Captivate (Required)
Camtasia or Adobe Premiere
Snagit
Google Docs / Google Workspace
Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to proactively recommend improvements and solutions during content development
Experience working on healthcare software training projects
Mac environment experience
Strong video creation/editing experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage and administer the Learning Management System including enrollments, reporting, and content deployment
Pull and analyze training reports and learner data
Revamp and expand the eLearning platform, certification programs, and online workshops
Develop high-quality training materials including:
eLearning modules
Video tutorials
Interactive simulations
Scenario-based learning
Build content using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate
Partner with the Senior Instructional Designer to translate training objectives into engaging learning experiences
Design and maintain customer-facing training and certification content
Build interactive learning assets for live virtual training sessions
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure training accuracy and alignment with product features
Continuously improve training assets using learner feedback, usage data, and customer insights
Occasionally facilitate virtual sessions to model best practices and gather user feedback
