IDR is seeking a Audience Operations Analyst to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Bolingbrook, IL. This role involves working at the intersection of marketing and data to develop targeted customer audiences for marketing campaigns, utilizing company data and various marketing tools.
Position Overview for the Audience Operations Analyst:
- Build targeted customer audience segments based on business needs
- Analyze customer data such as purchase history and engagement behavior
- Collaborate with marketing teams to translate requests into audience segments
- Support campaign execution by providing precise target audiences
- Utilize tools like CDPs, CRM platforms, and AdTech/MarTech to facilitate audience building
Requirements for the Audience Operations Analyst:
- Experience building audiences or customer segments for marketing campaigns
- Background in marketing analytics, CRM, or digital marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with tools like LiveRamp, Adobe CDP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar
- Ability to work with customer data (purchase behavior, engagement data, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation
