IDR is seeking a Application Operations Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is rooted in supporting complex SaaS applications within highly regulated environments, focusing on streamlining operations and resolving cross-platform issues efficiently. The organization operates in the healthcare industry, emphasizing compliance and operational excellence.
Position Overview for the Application Operations Lead:
- Serve as the single point of operational accountability for assigned applications and workflows
- Own incidents from intake through resolution, coordinating across multiple teams and vendors
- Act as the escalation lead when issues cross traditional support boundaries
- Eliminate ticket “ping-pong” across teams to reduce time-to-resolution
- Establish repeatable support patterns for complex applications and workflows
Requirements for the Application Operations Lead:
- Strong experience supporting complex, integrated applications in production
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues that span multiple systems, teams, and vendors
- Deep understanding of application workflows, data movement, and integrations
- Knowledge of identity and access concepts
- Proven ability to operate effectively without formal authority

pay: 38-41/hr
