IDR is seeking an Agile Coach to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, Texas. This role involves leading Agile transformation efforts, training teams, and facilitating Agile ceremonies to promote a culture of continuous improvement within a dynamic organization operating in the energy sector.
Position Overview for the Agile Coach:
- Guide teams and organizations in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies
- Train teams on Agile principles and practices, including Scrum and other frameworks
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Big Room Planning, Scrum of Scrums, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and removing obstacles
- Mentor Scrum Masters and team members to improve Agile practices and achieve business objectives
Requirements for the Agile Coach:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an Agile environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Professional certifications in product management, and/or Agile frameworks required
- Experience with PowerBi, Azure DevOps, and Atlassian Suite preferred, but not required
- Familiar with AI: LLMs, co-pilot, generative AI, etc.
