Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Agile Coach:

• Reinforce agile practices within a growing Project Management Office (PMO)
• Support Project Managers and work closely with the PMO Director
• Implement and enforce Kanban and agile methodologies
• Recognize and proactively address antipatterns within team dynamics
• Break down organizational silos and improve collaboration between development and operations teams
• This is a long-term, multi-year contract position

Required Skills for Agile Coach:

• Five or more years of experience as an Agile Coach
• Experience in using Scrum, Kanban, and knowledge of how Agile scales best
• Track record of implementing Agile techniques in different work cultures and environments
• Strong leadership, education, and coaching skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work directly with people in any position, regardless of technical skill or title
