Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Agile Coach:
- Reinforce agile practices within a growing Project Management Office (PMO)
- Support Project Managers and work closely with the PMO Director
- Implement and enforce Kanban and agile methodologies
- Recognize and proactively address antipatterns within team dynamics
- Break down organizational silos and improve collaboration between development and operations teams
- This is a long-term, multi-year contract position
Required Skills for Agile Coach:
- Five or more years of experience as an Agile Coach
- Experience in using Scrum, Kanban, and knowledge of how Agile scales best
- Track record of implementing Agile techniques in different work cultures and environments
- Strong leadership, education, and coaching skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work directly with people in any position, regardless of technical skill or title
