IDR is seeking a Accounts Payable Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Greenwood, CO. This role involves managing the accounts payable function within a healthcare services organization, ensuring invoice accuracy, vendor relations, and compliance across multiple locations.
Position Overview for the Accounts Payable Lead:
- Manage the centralized accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Serve as the primary liaison between vendors, field operations, and internal teams to support AP operations.
- Oversee invoice coding, reconciliation of vendor statements, and support month-end close activities.
- Train and guide team members in invoice processing and compliance standards.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable processes.
Requirements for the Accounts Payable Lead:
- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of accounts payable experience
- Must have large ERP A/P system experience
- Solid computer and business solutions software skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
