Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Access Engineer:

Plan and execute network deployments, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Schedule, test, and manage equipment and network turn-ups, overseeing related projects. Implement and support FTTx/OLT network elements, contributing to the overall network infrastructure. Engage in occasional on-call support and maintenance activities as needed. Initial onsite presence required for training and onboarding, with remote work thereafter.

Required Skills for Access Engineer:

Advanced knowledge of access technologies such as xDSL and DOCSIS. Proficiency in Layer 2 networking. Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a complex and dynamic environment.
